With a dramatized open back, symbolizing vulnerability and openness with oneself, this obsidian black dress embodies the hero’s journey popularized in Greek mythology. The protagonist in Anne Carson’s Autobiography of Red embraced his dragon wings by the end of the poem which is his ultimate form of self-acceptance. The Thea Dress is a structured a-line silhouette made of 100% hemp canvas with red contrast stitching, a red exposed zipper, and snapback closures at the top of the neck.

NON-GMO Sustainable Industrial Hemp grows without the need of harmful herbicides and pesticides. No pesticides are used due to the inherent properties contained in the plant itself. Hemp does not require irrigation unlike other natural fibers. The unique inherent characteristics of the fiber of hemp have the additional ability to suppress the growth of harmful bacteria and fungi.
