Pablo is a pragmatic coffee grower who cares about the quality of his coffee. The El Obraje farm is located near many volcanic mountains and the rocky ground is filled with minerals.

El Obraje has its own nursery to take care of the coffee trees in their infancy.

TASTE: We find a complex profile with a balanced bitterness accompanied by a refreshing acidulous touch. This coffee is full of a wealth of fruity notes that amaze and ensure a good tasting experience in both espresso and filter.
